Data controller

CRC Smartbuilding Sàrl, Ch. Château-Bloch 10, 1219 Le Lignon, Geneva, Switzerland. For any question about your data: info@crc-sb.ch. This policy is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Data collected and purpose

We only collect the data you send us through the contact form or by email: name, company, email address, phone number, area of expertise and message. It is used solely to answer your enquiry and follow up on our exchanges. It is never sold or used for advertising.

Technical logs

On each visit, the server automatically records technical data needed to run and secure the website: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system. This data is not used to identify you.

Recipients and disclosure abroad

Your data is processed by our technical service providers (website hosting and email). The website and form messages are hosted by Netlify, Inc. in the United States. Netlify is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the Swiss Federal Council recognises as ensuring an adequate level of protection.

Cookies and local storage

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or social media tools. Only your theme choice (light or dark) is saved in your browser (local storage, key “theme”); it is never sent to us and you can delete it at any time in your browser settings. The display language is chosen from your browser language, without storing anything. This is why no consent banner is needed. The “Directions” link opens Google Maps in a new tab: no data is sent to Google until you click it, after which Google's privacy policy applies.

Retention

Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and follow up on our exchanges, then deleted, subject to statutory retention obligations.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction, deletion or a copy of it, and object to its processing, by writing to info@crc-sb.ch. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Changes

This policy may be updated as the website or the law evolves. The version published on this page prevails.
